EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) originated in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It was Gary Craig, the inventor of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), who discovered that by stimulating the main meridians and their acupuncture points on the head and body, while focusing on specific problems, could lead to remarkable changes in the body's energy patterns.
EFT: How does it work? The points used in EFT correspond to the points used by acupuncturists. Where the acupuncturist would place his or her needles, the same points are tapped with the fingertips for a gentle release process. This technique is based on the principle that any negative emotion produces imbalances in the body's energy system. These blocked, repressed emotions are then expressed in the body in the form of physical or emotional pain.
The EFT method is a technique that always uses the same protocol of acupuncture points (14 points), which are tapped with the fingertips.
Having good physical health is important, having good emotional health is important for a better being and a better life.
It is a fast, effective and easy to learn method that gives long-lasting, even permanent results.
EFT releases these emotions and dissolves energy blockages. For example, it eliminates fears and phobias and dissolves emotional trauma. It releases addictions, soothes anxieties and relieves panic attacks. It removes feelings of anger, shame and guilt and improves self-image. EFT can be applied to all problems.
How does EFT work? This involves tapping certain specific points located on our meridians. By tapping in this way while thinking about what is disturbing us, we rebalance the disturbed meridians, the energy then flows back into our body correctly.
What's blocking you? What is preventing you from reaching your goal? What are you doing that you no longer want to do? How long have you been operating this way?
